Job Summary

Oversees and directs analysis, packaging and implementation of fund management program to carry out NDC’s investment/financing activities to include determining the nature of financing required and the funding source.

Qualification Requirements

 

Applicants must have Master’s Degree or its equivalent or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC, with at least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience. The applicant should have at least 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention and must possess any of the following CSC Eligibilities:  CSC Second Level Professional Eligibility, CES Eligibility or RA 1080.

Applicants should possess superior organizational competencies (commitment to personal and technical development, strategic and systems thinking, delivering excellent results, problem-solving, collaboration with stakeholders and partners, exemplifying integrity and professionalism and communicating  for results); with superior leadership competencies (organizational strengthening, engaging and empowering employees and managing performance) and superior functional competencies along fund sourcing, financial modeling and packaging, portfolio management, influencing/selling, loan administration, financial analysis, negotiation skills).

  1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Work Experience Sheet with recent passport-size picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph
  2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) rating period (for government employees);
  3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
  4. Photocopy of relevant training certificates; and
  5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma
