Job Summary

The Development Management Officer IV participates in the analysis and evaluation of the overall feasibility of a pioneering project involving the development of the Company’s asset.

 

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (preferably BA/BS graduate in management, business, finance, economics, or other related course preferably with MA or MBA degree) with at least three (3) years of relevant experience. The applicant should have at least 16 hours of relevant trainings and must possess any of the following CSC Eligibilities:  CSC Second Level Professional Eligibility or RA 1080.

  1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Work Experience Sheet with recent passport-size picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph
  2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) rating period (for government employees);
  3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
  4. Photocopy of relevant training certificates; and
  5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma
