NDC inspects the construction of the Philippines' first Molecular Diagnostic & Medical Devices Manufacturing Facility being built by Manila Healthtek in Marikina City

On August 1, 2024, the National Development Company (NDC) did an ocular inspection of ongoing construction for the Philippines' first molecular diagnostic and medical devices manufacturing facility. The site visit was led by NDC's General Manager, Antonilo D.C. Mauricio, along with Assistant General Managers Mr. Leopoldo John F. Acot (Corporate Communications Group), Mr. Saturnino H. Mejia (Special Projects Group), and Department Managers Ms. Joyce Ann S. Azurin (Corporate Planning) and Atty. Benjamin F. Rabuco (Legal), as well as other NDC employees. They were joined by Dr. Raul V. Destura from the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at the University of the Philippines Manila. This facility, developed by Manila Healthtek in Marikina City, marks NDC's first strategic investment in the healthtech sector this 2024.
