NDC signs a “Pledge to Sustainable Governance”during GCG’s 13th anniversary at the PICC

𝗜𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 | In the Governance Commission for GOCCs’ (GCG) recent 13th Anniversary celebration, all GOCCs were called to actively commit to the United Nations’ (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as aligned with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

The NDC pledged along with other GOCCs to show its dedication towards this initiative. The NDC has actually previously established the following criteria for its investment projects which had a developmental thrust — pioneering, inclusive, developmental, innovative, and sustainable. These continue to guide the NDC’s decision-making and forward-thinking strategies to support the Philippines’ all-encompassing development.

With several projects in the pipeline, the NDC adopts a global standard, establishing international ties to create a solid support system for local startups and MSMEs and furthering the government’s progress towards sustainability, diversity, equality, and inclusion.
